Breakfast was very good and nice and friendly service. All the staff in the hotel was kind and helpful.
The rooms are very old fashioned and old. The windows very thin… you hear all the noises from the street and it’s cold inside. No minibar in the room and no hair dryer in the room.

The breakfast was fresh with waffles or pancakes and also nice atmosphere, and also the staff were all very friendly. Its location not too far from Hacienda Santa Barbara Mall was magnificent and stunning.

The room was clean and decent, but it definitely showed its age. The location was good, close to many attractions, and it seemed like a safe area for my family. The highlight was definitely the accessibility to local venues and the late check-in option was a lifesaver for us.

The breakfast consistently impressed, offering excellent options, including good fruit preserves. The cleaning staff maintained a super clean environment and were genuinely friendly. Late guest policies caused issues, as a family member was not allowed in my room, impacting my willingness to extend the stay after our trip to Medellin.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, but
The outdated decor left something to be desired. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, it would benefit from a refresh. The location is decent.

I had a wonderful time in the junior suite where the spacious room and comfy bedding made it feel like home. The pool was relaxing, and I enjoyed sipping coffee on the terrace while watching the sunset. A small downside was the chilly atmosphere in the building, but it’s definitely worth it for such a cozy stay. 😊

Unexpected hassle with room access
The staff were genuinely friendly, helping me feel at home immediately. Loved the fine view from my Junior Suite that really set the tone for my stay.
I faced a frustrating situation when inviting a friend over for a drink. The security caused quite a stir, demanding an extra fee, disappointing.
